Elizabeth Jones Valderrama is the Executive Director of Offender Aid and Restoration of Arlington, Alexandria, and Falls Church. Elizabeth has been an integral part of the OAR team since 2003 in various positions. She was born in Costa Rica and moved to Arlington at the age of 9 and earned a BA from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix.
Rob Krupicka is a former State Delegate for Virginia’s 45th district. He strongly believes in the vital economic role of small businesses and the value that people from all backgrounds can make in our economy, and his donut shop Sugar Shack proves his point well. As the owner of Sugar Shack Donuts.
